The service provider is a company specialized in servicing and maintenance of fishing equipment (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”).

Services
The Provider performs:
servicing, repairs and maintenance of fishing reels,
servicing and repairs of fishing rods,
diagnostics of fishing equipment condition,
additional services by agreement with the client.
Each service is carried out based on professional assessment of the actual condition of the equipment.
Submission of Equipment for Service
The client may submit equipment in person or by post upon prior agreement.
By submitting equipment for service, the client confirms that they are the owner of the equipment or have the owner’s authorization to request service.
The Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden defects that were not visible at the time of receipt.
Diagnostics and Service Process
Before performing service, the Provider carries out a basic diagnostic inspection.
If additional faults or the need for further work are identified during servicing, the client will be informed accordingly.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of technical infeasibility or unavailability of spare parts.
Prices and Payment
Service prices are not fixed and depend on:

availability of spare parts.
The final price is communicated to the client before or after completion of the service, depending on the nature of the work required.
Payment is due upon collection of the equipment or as otherwise agreed.

Service completion times are indicative and depend on the complexity of the work and availability of parts.
The Provider is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or suppliers.
Service Warranty
The Provider guarantees the quality of workmanship in accordance with professional standards.
The warranty applies exclusively to the service performed and does not cover:
normal wear and tear,
improper use of equipment,
damage caused by overloading or inadequate maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for:
damage resulting from already worn-out or irreparable components,
consequences of equipment use in extreme conditions after servicing,
loss of functionality due to normal wear.
If the service cannot fully restore expected performance due to the equipment’s prior condition, the client is not entitled to a refund, provided the service was performed professionally and in accordance with the agreement.
Personal Data Protection
The Provider is committed to protecting clients’ personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and communication with the client.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction lies with the competent court at the Provider’s registered office.
Final Provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
The version published on the website at the time the equipment is submitted for service shall apply.
